Shipping

We strive to process your order within 2-4 business days after placing your order unless otherwise noted in the product page.  We offer free shipping on all domestic orders shipped Priority Mail via USPS, and 1-2 business day shipping is available with an added cost.  

Orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until the following week, as our warehouse is closed on weekends.  Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed within 1-7 business days after the Holiday.  

The fastest shipping method available at this time is 1-2 business days express via USPS. We cannot guarantee shipments will be delivered on weekends.

Delivery

Typically, your package should be delivered to you within 3-5 business days after it has left our warehouse in Paradise Valley, Arizona.  Sarah Kes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier to inquire about lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

International orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
